Who we are

What we collect

• Answers you provide to our interactive tools, which may be used without giving personal details.
• Technical information such as device, browser and pages visited, where you have consented to non-essential cookies.

How we use it

• To provide indicative prices and information.
• To respond to your enquiries.
• Where you request a quote and give consent, to share your details with one or more suitable installation companies so they can contact you.
• To understand how our website and advertising perform.

Boiler guide price tool and quote requests

You can use our boiler calculator without giving personal details. Your answers are kept in your own browser until you get your guide price. If you request a quotation, we store your name, phone number, email address, property postcode, timeframe, calculator answers and the guide price you were shown, together with a record of your acknowledgement and how you found our website (for example, an advertising campaign name). We use this to process your request and may share relevant details with a suitable installation partner, only to arrange your quotation. We don't pass your details to unrelated companies or use them for marketing.

Advertising measurement (Meta)

If we turn on advertising measurement and you accept advertising cookies, we use the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API to tell Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd when someone starts our calculator or submits a quote request, so we can measure and improve our Facebook and Instagram ads. This can include your browser details, IP address and Meta cookie identifiers, but not your name, phone number or email address. If you reject advertising cookies, we don't send this information. You can change your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer.

Sharing with installation companies

We will only pass your contact details to installers when you have asked us to and agreed to this. We will tell you at that point how your details will be shared.
