Cookie policy

What cookies are

Cookies are small files stored on your device that help websites work and understand how they are used.

Strictly necessary storage

Our boiler calculator stores your answers in your browser so you don't lose progress, along with a random visit identifier and the advertising campaign that brought you here (if any). This is needed to provide the tool and doesn't identify you by name. Staff sign-in also uses necessary storage.

Advertising cookies (Meta Pixel)

When enabled, we use the Meta Pixel (provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd) to measure how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform. In the UK and EU we only load it after you click "Accept" on our cookie banner. We record your choice, the date and the version of the notice you saw. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using "Cookie settings" in the footer; withdrawing stops further measurement straight away.

Managing cookies

You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings, although some parts of the website may not work as intended.
